I recently covered the way-cool opening song "Science Fiction Double Feature" from Richard O'Brien's famous film "The Rocky Horror Picture Show"
when I decided to do a video for it, featuring clips from all the films mentioned in the lyrics... and that got me to thinking.
I really couldn't find a good collection of Halloween songs. So I decided to do one myself, creating a video for each song in the collection.
The result is "Doctor X's Halloween Hootenanny", a multimedia extravaganza!
These songs came out GREAT, and the videos are simply stunning.
I used old films clips as well as video clips from such sites as pixabay, envato, and mixit. It's amazing how well they mesh with the music.
You've really got to see this on a big TV in surround sound, though simply listening to the music via CD or download is almost as much fun.
The album is available as a download in 320 kbps MP3, 24-bit stereo FLAC, and 24-bit surround-sound FLAC.
